Upon a request by PAI, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PAI and its affiliates, and their employees, contractors, officers, and directors, from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, that arise from your use or misuse of this Site.  PAI reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with PAI in asserting any available defenses.

Enforcement by PAI

In the event PAI determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, PAI shall have the right to immediately terminate your access to the Site, without prior notice to you, and/or pursue any other remedies available to it under applicable law.
